Describe techniques for climbing a pole and how to apply hot line cover gear by hand and with hot sticks.

Describe how to inspect a manhole cover and a pad-mounted transformer.

Describe how to inspect a substation and the preparations that should be carried out before work is done on a circuit breaker.
