This is an introductory course meant for individuals who have no electrical knowledge or experience at all. If your knowledge of electricity is limited to plugging in your phone, this course is for you. In this course, we address worker safety for individuals whose exposure to electrical hazards are unintentional or not recognized as part of their primary job responsibilities. This is an introductory course that contains foundational knowledge that can be expanded and built upon.
Students will take a multiple-choice final exam to demonstrate comprehension of the information.
